Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with 4 to 10 years of sales experience in PEB, Structural Steel, Project Selling, or Construction Equipments. You will be responsible for engaging with key decision-makers, generating quotes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate quotes for various clients including corporate houses, public sectors, and NGOs.
  • Raise requests for quotes to the design department based on customer specifications and consultant drawings.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers to customers.
  • Negotiate with clients to finalize deals and ensure proper document management including contracts and payments.
  • Coordinate with customers and head office for seamless project execution.
  • Maintain customer relations and develop new market opportunities.
  • Send regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 4-10 years of experience in relevant fields, especially in PEB and construction.
  • Technical knowledge in Civil and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Residency in Saudi Arabia for a minimum of 2-3 years preferred.

About The Role
Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with a mechanical engineering background and proven leadership skills to manage and grow our RLC business with dealers and contractors in the Eastern Region.
