Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, managing relationships with accounts at all levels.
  • Negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business.
  • Produce and promote sales leads for Rotana.
  • Provide insights on market conditions and trends to enhance sales strategies.
  • Maintain files of major accounts and assist in managing the accounts system.
  • Focus on maximizing upselling opportunities during negotiations.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Sales with a minimum of two years postgraduate work experience in the hotel industry.
  • Computer literate with excellent presentation and communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.

Competencies:
  • Guest and service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Strong integrity and professionalism in interactions.
