Job Title: Sales Specialist – Industrial Equipment & Hand Tools

Location: Dammam & Riyadh (On-site, Full-time)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive sales of industrial equipment and hand tools in Dammam and Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, this role involves training new sales team members and supporting sales management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive lead generation.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Train and mentor new sales team members.
  • Assist in sales strategy development and management activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or hand tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales training and team mentorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Background in the trading industry is a plus.
