Join Afex Logistics as a Sales Specialist!
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist in the Heavy Transportation and Logistics sector to contribute to our team's success. At Afex Logistics, we pride ourselves on success through providing outstanding service and solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business drivers.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging markets, industry trends, and competition status.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, managing key accounts.
  • Provide weekly EOEs and monthly sales reports to the General Manager regarding sales performance, goals, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company-wide sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales team performance and schedule training or refresher sessions accordingly.
  • Record and track all sales activities in the company CRM system, ensuring regular updates.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to meet shipping deadlines and liaise with forwarders, shipping agents, and port agents for necessary documentation.
  • Manage a network of vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Work alongside the team to develop strategies for increasing the customer base and expanding market reach.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales within the heavy transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of land transportation, oversized cargo handling, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
  • Experience using CRM and logistics software is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • A degree or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
