We are looking for an experienced Retail Field Supervisor to spearhead our sales and growth in the Retail/Traditional Trade (TT) sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive an increase in both daily transactions/invoicing and retail outlet visits by optimizing retail routes.
  • Enhance numeric and weighted presence in the Retail market.
  • Facilitate competition by ensuring robust market coverage and exceptional service.
  • Monitor and enhance route performance to align with our established targets.
  • Ensure all task executions comply with Nestlé’s high standards.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Familiarity with key areas in the Eastern Region.
  • Proficiency in the English language.

Education & Certifications
