About the Role
Join Americana Foods as a Wholesale Sales Supervisor and take on a vital role in achieving sales growth and operational efficiency across our assigned wholesale accounts. You will implement and manage sales plans, meet monthly sales targets, and enhance channel performance while fostering relationships with customer teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving Sales Team Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of wholesale representatives, identify improvements, provide ongoing training, and ensure sales objectives are met.
• Sales Strategies & Market Trends: Communicate with the sales team about market trends and sales progress, ensure timely reporting, and develop effective sales strategies to exceed targets.
• Stock Levels & Logistics Management: Maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate timely order deliveries with logistics.
• Cost Control & Financial Management: Control product damages and expirations, manage warehouse stock efficiently, and oversee financial compliance during the collection process.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handle complaints, and tailor solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in the KSA FMCG market, with a focus on managing local wholesale clients.

Technical Skills
In-depth knowledge of sales, distribution, logistics, and strong understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction are essential.

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Philip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a Territory Supervisor. You will be part of the Commercial team, reporting to the Territory Lead, and based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Your Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Sales & Multi-Category Management:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for multiple product categories.
  • Monitor and analyze category performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product placement and promotion effectiveness.
• Change Management:
  • Manage sales and distribution activities across the territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across sales channels.
  • Oversee execution of trade marketing and promotional activities.
• Distribution Oversight:
  • Ensure effective distribution of products and monitor distributor performance.
  • Collaborate with distributors to overcome sales challenges.
• Implementation of Marketing Calendar:
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for all product categories and sales channels.
  • Gather feedback on commercial activities for future improvements.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Support distributor sales teams in achieving sales targets.
  • Coach and train team members to enhance their productivity.
• Reporting & Data Analysis:
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Provide insights to management for sales improvement.

Who We’re Looking For:

• KSA National
• 3+ years of experience in commercial roles, focusing on multi-category management.
• Proven experience in managing distributor relationships within the FMCG or tobacco sectors.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market dynamics is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Open to frequent travel within the assigned territory.

Role Purpose
To supervise all the Sales team within the specified division, by monitoring performance, training, coaching, and knowledge sharing to ensure that set targets are achieved. The job holder will also support the line manager in identifying new business opportunities and analyzing current business potentials, competitors, and products.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
Operations:

• Monitor, coach, and motivate the Sales team, ensuring 100% performance.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
• Ensure the latest update availability of products & business solutions.
• Train the team to provide excellent Sales revenue.
• Improve customer management & communication skills.

Business development:

• Have market intelligence and develop the business in different market segments.
• Maintain good yearly business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Retain the existing customer base and expand the business by opening new accounts, segments, and areas.
• Stay up to date with the latest products and solutions related to the specified business division for better implementation.
• Jointly with the sales team, review & evaluate to draw an account map for the best decision-making process.

Analysis:

• Analyze the business potentials, competitors & products in the same sector.
• Pierce new market sectors.
• Position the company business & products value based on market & customers’ needs.
• Identify the targeted customers to provide their needs in a timely and efficient way.
• Analyze customers' business challenges to offer comprehensive proposals and solutions.

Market intelligence:

• Understand the market situation and challenges.
• Determine market segmentation.
• Define the market trend & needs.
• Identify competitors’ capabilities.
• Develop the business in different market segments.

Reporting:

• Monitor and generate daily/weekly and monthly reports for each sales member.
• Prepare regular monthly and fortnightly forecasts.
