Join Arla Foods KSA as a Senior Sales Supervisor in the food service sector!
As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and enhancing customer relations. Your role will include:
  • Visiting existing and new customers to create sales opportunities.
  • Proactively generating sales leads.
  • Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.
  • Providing support to customers by giving product demonstrations.
  • Negotiating prices and concluding sales orders to meet targets.
  • Building positive relationships with prospective customers for future sales.
  • Reporting customer feedback and competitor activity to the organization.
  • Establishing weekly sales plans and prioritizing activities to reach targets.
  • Possessing full product knowledge of all relevant SKUs.
  • Coaching distributor sales representatives on selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Coordinating with distributors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Your Profile:
To succeed in this position, you should have:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in food service sales.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.

  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
