About the Role

Silah Tamkeen is seeking a Senior Architect to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to leading the design and development of real estate projects, ensuring architectural excellence, regulatory compliance, and successful project delivery. The role requires a strong background in real estate development and construction, with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination and maintain high design quality throughout all project phases. The Senior Architect will shape the company's architectural vision and oversee its practical implementation, contributing to the company's growth in the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design activities from concept development through to comprehensive construction documentation.
• Review and optimize designs from external consultants and internal teams to align with project objectives and quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and project management teams for integrated project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, technical submissions, material selections, and project specifications.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide junior architects and design staff.
• Present design proposals, technical recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in real estate development, architectural consulting, or construction.
• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers is required.
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations, construction practices, and sustainability standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional proficiency in the English language.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Lumion and graphic design software like Photoshop.
• Competency in using MS Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong project coordination and management abilities.
