As a key player in our energy technology company, you will lead hourly operators to meet production, safety, quality, and delivery goals. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign daily tasks to operators based on production priorities.
  • Supervise hourly employees to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead daily meetings to discuss performance and action plans.
  • Verify readiness for production at the start of each shift.
  • Monitor line activities for adherence to production expectations.
  • Support problem-solving initiatives to enhance production processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or technical college degree; equivalent experience also considered.
  • Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or production environment.
  • At least 2 years leading teams or supervising operators.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Experience in conducting management meetings and supporting visual management systems.
  • Knowledge of production systems like ELM and SmartShop.
