Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to TSI strategic planning by providing insights into quality enhancement and program development.
  • Determine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all TSI sections.
  • Report and follow up on TSI quality KPIs.
  • Support defined improvement projects and document related materials.
  • Conduct research and analyze data that supports continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Promote a culture of quality within the organization.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject.
  • Professional qualification in quality assurance (QA) and organizational excellence.
  • Professional qualification in strategic planning is preferable.
  • Certification as a KPI professional.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic team player.
  • Practical experience with MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
