Role Overview:
The Quality Specialist will contribute to the TSI strategic planning by providing insights into quality enhancement and program development. This includes:
  • Determining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all TSI sections.
  • Reporting and following up on TSI quality KPIs.
  • Supporting defined improvement projects.
  • Preparing, presenting, and maintaining documents and specialized reports.
  • Researching and analyzing relevant criteria, data, and metrics that support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitating internal and external audits for compliance with standards.
  • Spreading a culture of quality within the organization.

Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, candidates must have:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject.
  • Professional qualifications in Quality Assurance (QA) and organizational excellence.
  • Professional qualification in strategic planning (preferred).
  • Certification as a KPI professional.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in quality.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a dynamic team player.
  • Practical experience with MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
