We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team in a luxury hospitality environment.

Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea is a premier nature-focused resort in the Kingdom’s groundbreaking Red Sea Project, featuring 361 rooms and an array of unique dining experiences, including overwater restaurants. Positioned next to an 18-hole championship golf course, this resort emphasizes sustainable development across a stunning 200km coastline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Office.
- Coordinate complex international travel, meetings, and guest arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist in pre-opening readiness, including documentation and logistics coordination.
- Support project rollouts related to brand compliance and operational readiness.
- Track action items and maintain critical path reports.
- Organize high-profile visits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare presentations and reports aligned with executive expectations.
- Manage contracts and supplier communication relevant to projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a luxury environment.
- Proven experience in hotel pre-opening projects is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
