Role Overview:
The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position located in Sudair Industrial & Business City. This role focuses on managing sales operations and efficiently coordinating between internal teams and customers to streamline the process of order management and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate sales records and assist in the preparation of sales reports.
  • Support the sales team with essential administrative tasks.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Handle client communications and address queries promptly.
  • Contribute towards achieving team sales objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Operations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in sales and familiarity with sales strategies.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and sales software is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.
