Role Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
  • Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and event orders.
  • Promote our brand image internally and externally.
  • Gather and assemble information packages including brochures and promotional materials.
  • Use effective sales techniques to enhance revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Handle inquiries about property facilities and services by answering guest questions related to operations, rates, and packages.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to their queries via phone and email.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No specific license or certification is needed.
