At Delta Hotels, we are dedicated to providing seamless travel experiences tailored to the needs of modern travelers. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales & Marketing operations.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
  • Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and event orders.
  • Promote our brand image internally and externally.
  • Gather and assemble information packages including brochures and promotional materials.
  • Use effective sales techniques to enhance revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Handle inquiries about property facilities and services by answering guest questions related to operations, rates, and packages.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to their queries via phone and email.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No specific license or certification is needed.

    • Highlight items requiring managerial action.
    • Ensure all approvals are documented and archived.
    • Send the report weekly at a fixed time.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales coordination, preferably in medical devices domain.
  • Proficient with Tenders Etimad and NUPCO.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience in coordinating with warehouse and clearing agents to track shipments in medical sales.
  • Able to connect the sales team's urgent needs with fiscal and logistics constraints of management.
  • Residing in Jeddah.
