  • Performing general office duties such as filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying.
  • Preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Promoting awareness of our brand image internally and externally.
  • Gathering materials and assembling information packages (*, brochures, promotional materials).
  • Using sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
  • Answering guest inquiries about property facilities/services.
  • Acting as the point of contact for clients and responding to their questions and requests via phone and email.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of related work experience, possess a high school diploma or *** equivalent, and have a professional appearance and demeanor.
