As an Executive Chef, you will build a reputation for the hotel by maintaining a talented and creative kitchen brigade, offering an innovative menu, and promising an exceptional culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen brigade and ensure ongoing development of Team Members.
  • Create menus that meet and exceed customers' needs and conform to brand standards.
  • Oversee the operations of the kitchen including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and waste management.
  • Engage proactively with guests to develop positive customer relations.
  • Manage financial performance to improve gross profit margins and comply with current legislation.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the kitchen team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as an Executive Chef or a high-performing Sous Chef in a first-class property, along with excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to maintain high food quality standards.
