Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the Hotel F&B Department.
  • Assist in the preparation of department reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and vendors regarding supplies and orders.
  • Maintain daily office operations and schedule meetings.
  • Track budgets and expenditures, prepare statistical reports and presentations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for visitors and manage time attendance reporting.
