Administrative assistant is required to work at a company office, possessing organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various administrative levels. The candidate must hold a university degree in business administration or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a similar field.
Main tasks:
• Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and work schedules
• Preparing and coordinating reports and administrative correspondence
• Following up on administrative transactions and documenting files
• Coordinating with various departments and facilitating workflow
• Managing phone calls and email
• Assisting in organizing events and meetings
• Storing and archiving documents and files in an organized manner
