Architect

Main responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and drawings
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines and project teams
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards
- Support project delivery from concept to execution
Conditions and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Experience in pricing
• Relevant professional experience in architectural design and coordination
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Valid and active classification or license from the Saudi Council of Engineers
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of building laws and standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems creatively
