Position Summary:
The Baker is responsible for producing high-quality baked goods including artisan breads, pastries, and cakes. You will work closely with the Head Baker and pastry team to maintain excellent standards of hygiene and ensure a remarkable culinary experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake high-quality dishes following recipes and standards.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize food waste.

Qualifications:

• Formal culinary training preferred.
• 12 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support category growth.
• Localize brand and category plans for various channels and retailers based on insights.
• Execute in-store fundamentals such as planograms and promotions.
• Lead the creation of the Shopper Master Booklet covering the 5Ps.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with VAT and Zakat regulations, and maintain accurate financial records. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies.
• File VAT and Zakat returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Odoo accounting software (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of VAT and Zakat regulations.
• Familiarity with accounting standards and practices.
