As a Barista at our Café, you will work closely with the Café Manager to support daily operations while ensuring the company’s high standards are met.

Role Overview:
You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by leveraging your coffee knowledge and interpersonal skills. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Adhering to coffee recipes for preparation.
• Maintaining brewing equipment and reporting issues.
• Attending to customers' orders and preferences.
• Ensuring timely operations that meet quality standards.
• Resolving issues that arise effectively.
• Complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Positively engaging with coworkers.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience in cafes.
• Certified Barista certification.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in English.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Adequate coffee knowledge and ability to differentiate aromas.
• Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer programs.

Personality Traits:

• Strong communicator with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to lead with empathy.

Operations Manager and Barista for a specialty coffee roastery, he has experience in coffee preparation and managing daily operations within the roastery. He supervises the team and organizes tasks among employees, monitors the café operations and sales, in addition to contributing to coffee preparation and customer service when needed. The job includes dealing with wholesale sales and managing orders through the online store, with the ability to organize workflow and ensure quality operations within the roastery.
