SinLess Hospitality Consulting is partnering with a leading Food & Beverage group to recruit passionate and customer-focused Baristas for a new café concept in Jeddah. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a love for coffee and a commitment to excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Ensure consistency in coffee taste, presentation, and service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and front-of-house areas.
• Educate customers on menu offerings and recommend beverages based on preferences.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and supplies, reporting needs to management.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Support team members during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for coffee culture and hospitality excellence.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Operations Manager and Barista for a specialty coffee roastery, he has experience in coffee preparation and managing daily operations within the roastery. He supervises the team and organizes tasks among employees, monitors the café operations and sales, in addition to contributing to coffee preparation and customer service when needed. The job includes dealing with wholesale sales and managing orders through the online store, with the ability to organize workflow and ensure quality operations within the roastery.
