Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Hospitality & Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining the cleanliness of our workspaces, and supporting daily operations to ensure a premium and comfortable experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and a variety of beverages to clients and guests with a high standard of service.

• Consistently maintain the cleanliness and organization of private offices, shared workspaces, and the reception area.

• Prepare and reset meeting rooms with necessary hospitality supplies before and after client use.

• Monitor and restock pantry and office supplies (coffee, water, hygiene products, etc.), reporting shortages to management.

• Welcome guests politely and provide immediate hospitality services.

• Assist the operational team with daily office tasks as needed.

• Maintain a neat, clean, and highly professional appearance at all times.
