Join the Panda Retail Company as a Branch Supervisor in E-Commerce Fulfillment Operations.

As a key player in our team, you will supervise and monitor duty schedules, ensuring optimal timing and personal hygiene practices. Your role is crucial in executing the best utilization of pickers, admins, and drivers, while following the pick-rate and ensuring timely handover and delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with store operations for replenishment and product availability.
  • Train your team to adhere to the best procedural practices.
  • Ensure daily targets and KPIs are met.
  • Manage the availability of assets and consumables such as bags, boxes, and picking devices.
  • Communicate effectively with area operations leads about daily operations and needs.
  • Coordinate with service desk for any escalations affecting operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school education; college degree is a plus.
  • Experience in leading a team of more than 10 employees.

Required Skills:
