Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

As a Business Development Manager at Sundus Global Recruitment Outsourcing Company, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth strategy. This mid-senior level position requires strong market insight and hands-on project management experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching market trends and emerging client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients and government entities.
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
  • Represent Sundus at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize business development strategies.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market is desirable.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.

  • Support and manage relationships with local partners in the market.

Required Skills
  • Experience: 8 to 12 years in corporate software sales/hospitality industry.
  • Experience working with leading companies in IT/software/hospitality or OTA expertise is a plus.
  • Ability to influence audiences through strong presentation skills.
  • Effective application of consultative or solution-based selling techniques.
  • Present a professional image within and outside the organization.
