Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Merya Hotels in Jeddah!

As a crucial part of our hotel operations, you will supervise housekeeping and cleaning processes, ensuring adherence to our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety, aimed at achieving ultimate guest satisfaction.

Role Overview:
You will manage daily housekeeping operations, coordinating with your team to ensure that all rooms and public areas are maintained to hotel standards. You will also facilitate communication with the maintenance department for any room issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
  • Coordinate work schedules and tasks for the housekeeping team.
  • Ensure all rooms are ready before guest check-in.
  • Conduct daily inspections and report observations promptly.
  • Train and guide new housekeeping staff.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints related to cleanliness.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and request additional items as needed.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for any damages or malfunctions in rooms.
