Responsibilities include:
  • Managing daily operations of the branch and ensuring the achievement of specified goals in quality and profitability.
  • Implementing marketing strategies, increasing market share, and enhancing the brand.
  • Guiding and developing the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial performance to ensure financial goals are achieved.
  • Organizing regular training to improve employees' skills and efficiency.
  • Communicating with senior management regarding branch updates and ways to improve performance and expansion.

Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in branch management or equivalent in the food service sector.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve positive results.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and compliance in the fast food industry.
