In this core leadership role within JD Logistics’ Saudi business, you will oversee the overall management of service outlets, focusing on daily operations, team building, and market expansion. Your leadership will ensure efficient business targets are met and promote the localization of the JoyExpress brand across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Management: Develop annual plans and budgets, monitor KPIs, and align operations with company standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and train local teams, focusing on performance evaluation, talent development, and enhancing Saudization.
  • Risk Control: Ensure compliance, address emergencies, and foster relationships with local communities and government entities.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, last-mile delivery, and returns.
  • Effective Staffing: Manage staffing needs, forecasting, on-time reporting and training for station staff.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics or management.
  • 2+ years in operations management with experience leading teams of 10+ people.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
