Customer Service Employee Required – Arkan Office for Educational Solutions

At Arkan Office for Educational Solutions, we are looking for a Customer Service Employee to join our specialized team in providing admissions services for studying abroad, whether for English language studies or for university level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers interested in studying abroad.

  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on applications.

  • Coordinate and follow up on procedures related to application and admission.

  • Provide support and guidance to students regarding suitable study options.
