We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to manage our reception and provide executive support. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and an essential part of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception & Office Coordination: Welcome visitors, manage incoming communications, coordinate meeting rooms, and oversee reception areas.
  • Executive Assistant Support: Support three executives by managing calendars, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Administration & Organization: Maintain filing systems, support onboarding, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure confidentiality.

Ideal Candidate: You should be calm under pressure, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to prioritize effectively.

Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or office support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
