As an integral part of our team, the Executive Assistant will provide vital support to our C-level leadership. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between C-level executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and administrative processes.
  • Support special projects and provide administrative assistance as required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
