About the Role:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our dynamic team in Jeddah. This role entails aiding the RSA Jeddah Site Executive and ensuring seamless operational flow in our Program Management Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars with flexibility and attention to detail, accommodating multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for site leadership.
  • Compile documents, prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Work collaboratively to improve administrative processes.

Qualifications:
Must possess:
  • AA/AS degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong administrative, calendar management, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective bilingual communication in English and Arabic.
