We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a High Net Worth Individual (CEO-level) in the finance sector. This role is crucial in protecting the CEO’s time and ensuring that priorities are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Calendar Management: Prioritize the CEO’s calendar based on business impact and protect deep work time.
  • Communication and Gatekeeping: Manage inbound communication and filter critical topics for the CEO.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare concise meeting briefs to ensure the CEO is fully prepared.
  • Follow-ups: Track decisions, actions, and maintain accountability.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate all business and personal travel logistics.
  • Information Management: Maintain structured records for fast data retrieval.
  • Personal Support: Assist with personal appointments as needed.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • 5-10+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with a calm demeanor under pressure.
