Your Role:
As the Finance Manager based in Jeddah, you will report to the KSA Head of Finance. Your responsibilities will include managing daily finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS), and overseeing statutory reporting and audits. This hands-on role requires technical expertise and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance activities including payables, receivables, and cash management.
• Ensure accurate financial records and maintain internal controls.
• Prepare and submit VAT and WHT returns, as well as handle corporate income tax filings.
• Issue client invoices in compliance with KSA regulations.
• Prepare financial reports for decision-making and manage auditor relations.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualifications (SOCPA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of ZATCA VAT/WHT and relevant e-invoicing portals.
• Strong systems experience with Oracle, SAP or MS Dynamics, and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.

About the Job:
Mishkat International Agricultural Company is seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to lead the financial planning and management of its agribusiness operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate finance, compliance, fund raising, budgeting, and strategic advisory within fast-growing environments. This role is pivotal in supporting the company’s expansion into sustainable agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the company’s budget, cash flow, and financial forecasting models.
• Oversee accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and monthly close processes.
• Monitor and manage Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reconciliation, and compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to validate revenue recognition, monitor receivables, and analyze sales performance and profitability.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including planning, financial modeling, investor relations, and capital-raising initiatives.
• Support sales operations with financial insights and reporting, including margin analysis and sales incentive tracking.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations (VAT, e-invoicing, etc.) and maintain proper documentation for audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
• Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a mid-sized enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Saudi tax laws, including ZATCA requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP/financial systems (Odoo).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
