Role Overview


We’re looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, manage daily cashflow, handle planning and forecasting, and support strategic ***************** is a hands-on role that requires both operational and analytical skills, reporting directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage daily cashflow, payments, collections, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and monitor monthly budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure timely reporting of P&L, balance sheets, and cashflow statements.
  • Handle supplier payments, debts, and receivables efficiently.
  • Conduct quarterly ingredient and product costing reviews to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.
  • Verify costing accuracy before launching any new products or packages.
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities across departments.
  • Support the CFO in developing financial plans to reach net profit KPIs.
  • Monitor financial compliance and coordinate with auditors when needed.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy and discipline in all financial activities.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CMA/CPA is a plus).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
  • Proven background in F&B, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong experience in cashflow management, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (*, Zoho, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
