We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Finance Manager to enhance the finance organization within Saudi Arabia. This role plays a crucial part in financial planning, business performance analysis, and providing commercial decision support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Month-End Closing & Financial Analysis: Manage sales data, analyze performance, and prepare P&L statements.
  • Financial Reporting & Analytics: Develop reporting packages and financial tools to monitor profitability and performance metrics.
  • Financial Governance & Business Partnering: Collaborate with various teams to ensure financial alignment and insights.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare rolling forecasts, monitor financial risks, and support the annual budgeting process.

Profile Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 9-10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or Commercial Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG sectors preferred.

Requirements:
  • 8–10 years in hotel finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations including Front Office, F&B, Stores, and Cost Control.
  • Hands-on experience with PMS/POS and night audit processes (*, Opera/Cloud PMS).
  • Excellent skills in Excel and ERP systems; strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Accounting qualification preferred (*, CMA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).
