Join Our Team as a Host/Hostess
At Dar Hamad Restaurant, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations and seating efficiently to optimize guest flow.
  • Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.
  • Answer phone inquiries about the venue's services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff for smooth service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally, striving for resolution.
  • Adjust seating arrangements as necessary based on dining room activity.
  • Assist in training new staff on front-of-house procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings focused on service improvements.

Preferred Candidate:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and passion for guest experiences.
  • Proficient in reservation management software; multilingual abilities are a plus.
