We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to be responsible for managing employee affairs, organizing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and contributing to building a professional and stable work environment. Tasks and Responsibilities - Manage employee files and update data. - Monitor attendance, departure, and vacations. - Implement HR policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. - Coordinate with government agencies (Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance). - Prepare periodic reports related to human resources. - Support management in any related organizational or administrative tasks. Qualifications and Requirements - Must be a Saudi national. - A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent is preferred. - Practical experience of no less than one to two years in the field of human resources. - Good knowledge of Saudi labor law. - Experience with government HR systems (Qiwa, Social Insurance, Mudad). - High organizational and communication skills.   • Familiarity with payroll systems and compliance across multiple locations is desirable.
