Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee records and documentation
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with all Saudi platforms
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
  • Coordinate employee relations and resolve HR-related issues
  • Support training and development initiatives

We are looking for a proactive, organized candidate with excellent communication skills. Prior experience in HR is preferred.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR Certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) preferred.
  • 3-5 years in HR management roles, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (Odoo ERP preferred).
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
