Join Americana Restaurants as a Maintenance Supervisor!

As a leader in the food and beverage services industry, Americana Restaurants is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations in our Jeddah or Medina locations. This role is critical to ensuring that our restaurants, commissaries, and offices adhere to the highest global standards in maintenance, health, safety, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage an in-house team of technicians and external vendors to ensure compliance with maintenance SLAs.
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for the Regional Operations team, maintaining excellent customer relations.
  • Oversee Capex and OPEX management, ensuring budget adherence and minimizing reliance on external vendors.
  • Support energy and sustainability initiatives through various projects, including IoT implementations.
  • Conduct team management including shift planning and training arrangements.

Qualifications:
  • BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in restaurant maintenance with strong supervisory skills.
  • Proficient in kitchen equipment maintenance and MEP, with knowledge of local authority regulations.
  • Good IT skills, including familiarity with field management systems and IoT applications.
  • Effective communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
