Join PepsiCo as a Senior Maintenance Technician!

PepsiCo is searching for a talented and dedicated Maintenance Technician to execute a variety of tasks and work orders related to electrical and controls maintenance in a safe, effective, and cost-efficient manner. This role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring equipment readiness and line availability while adhering to the highest engineering standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve line availability and equipment readiness.
  • Follow and review the PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology (PEMM) improvement plan throughout the year.
  • Take overall responsibility for performing assigned work orders and other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
  • Solve technical problems and identify required actions and parts.
  • Execute maintenance schedules to maintain plant equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with AIB standards.
  • Update SAP PM and CM work orders statuses.
  • Identify the root causes of major and recurring problems.
  • Adhere to safety policies and ensure EHS management system standards are upheld.
  • Perform daily parameters reading and monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities for improving production processes.
  • Support the execution of the site Maintenance and Reliability Strategy.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering, coupled with a hands-on experience in electrical equipment troubleshooting, PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation controls. Familiarity with electrical safety standards, maintenance planning, and basic EHS systems is essential.

Experience:
At least 2 years of industrial experience is preferred. Desired competencies include being an analytical thinker, problem-solving ability, excellent collaboration, and communication skills.
