Job Description - Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist at Ibdah Language Institute is responsible for implementing marketing plans and promoting the institute's services and programs with the aim of increasing enrollment and enhancing the institute's digital presence. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, preparing advertising content, following up on marketing campaigns, and interacting with clients and those interested in the courses.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Manage the institute's social media accounts
• Prepare and execute marketing and advertising campaigns
• Design and write marketing content
• Capture and publish daily content for the institute
• Follow up on messages and inquiries and convert interested individuals to enroll
• Prepare performance reports and measure campaign results
• Contribute to developing the institute's marketing identity and increasing its reach

Job Requirements:
• Saudi nationality
• Resident of Jeddah
• In-person attendance
• Experience in marketing or social media management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in design and digital marketing software
• Experience in the education sector or institutes is preferred

  • Strong experience in content creation and campaign development.
  • Ability to support and execute marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems for marketing or sales operations (preferred).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data.
