• Ground Operations Management: Oversee ground handling services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and delivering exceptional service.
• Booking & Fulfilment Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end booking process, handling escalated client requirements and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Supplier & Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers and resolve disputes efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10 years of experience in operations within travel or related industries, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead and deliver large-scale pumping operations, including district cooling flushing, pipeline flooding, hydrotesting, and high-volume water transfer for oil & gas and unconventional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational planning and execution for multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensure HSE compliance and cost control across all operations.
• Coordinate with clients to meet their project requirements effectively.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15+ years of experience in pumping, dewatering, water transfer, or pipeline operations.
• Proven leadership in district cooling flushing, pipeline flooding & hydrotesting, and oil & gas water transfer projects.
• Strong experience in the Saudi Arabia / Middle East markets.
• Solid understanding of pumping systems, pipelines, flow control, and pressure testing.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting unconventional oil & gas / fracking projects.
• Prior operations management role with P&L or cost accountability.
• Strong client-facing and coordination skills.

You will play a key role in coordinating and supporting inspection campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of branches in the sub-municipalities.
• Ensure the presence of inspectors and their compliance with general policies before beginning field inspections.
• Convey administrative directives related to inspection operations to inspectors.
• Monitor the observations noted by inspectors and guide them to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure the daily tasks of inspectors are completed based on the visitation plan.
• Directly supervise the implementation of inspection campaigns.
• Respond to inquiries from establishment owners and guide them on procedures within the branch's scope.
• Provide periodic studies regarding building conditions within the geographical scope.
