We are seeking a highly experienced Operations & Quality Manager to lead our café operations, ensuring consistent quality, service excellence, and operational efficiency across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily café operations across all locations.
  • Develop and implement operational standards, SOPs, and workflows for café operations.
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor KPIs including sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and performance evaluations.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Manage staff performance and training.
  • Ensure compliance with health and food regulations.
  • Support new store openings and operational scalability.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations and quality management within cafés or the F&B industry.
  • Hands-on experience as a Barista or Head Barista is required.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations.
