Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position where you will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with our organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage departments including Maintenance, Hospitality & Housekeeping, Procurement, and Technical Services.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
  • Lead and monitor operational workflows and maintenance requests.
  • Develop preventive maintenance plans to ensure readiness of technical systems.
  • Oversee hospitality services for inpatients, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Monitor procurement operations and manage vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with nursing and administrative departments for operational support.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality.
  • Document operational incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Enhance operational standards for cleanliness and service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in healthcare.
  • Strong leadership skills and capability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in facility operations, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Purpose
In this senior-level Operations Manager role, the Healthcare Operations Manager will oversee and ensure that all contractual obligations and KPIs are meticulously met.
