• Yard Operations:

  • Monitor yard operations closely, including customs activities and equipment dispatching.
  • Conduct safety inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Lead toolbox talks to foster a strong safety culture among employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribution Center Management:
  • Lead operations in accordance with all safety and quality standards.
  • Plan for demand fluctuations, seasonality, and capacity utilization.
  • Participate in assigned Supply Chain projects.
