Join Our Team as a Procurement Officer
At Saudi Building & Construction Management (SBCM), we pride ourselves on being an industry-leading provider of engineering services in Saudi Arabia. We specialize in project management, construction management, design-build services, and more. We are currently looking for a talented Procurement Officer to manage our procurement processes and contribute to our projects' success.

General Requirements:
  • * Degree from a reputable University.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry procurement.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in KSA with reputable firms.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international procurement requirements.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Experience working with both consultants and contractors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with procurement management software, such as Odoo.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Procurement Manager.
  • Issue project procurement plans.
  • Manage the full procurement cycle, including initiation, negotiations, and issuing related Purchase Orders.
  • Oversee project procurement, budgeting, and financial control.
  • Provide regular procurement status reports to management.
  • Monitor monthly procurement schedules and cost variances for projects.

About the Role:

  • 24 years of proven experience in procurement (local and/or international).
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
