This role supports our procurement department in acquiring the goods and services essential for our operations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Jeddah, where you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our purchasing processes and contributing to our growth as we aim to enhance Saudi Arabia's position as a premier global cruise destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement: Achieve procurement goals and support the procurement process while adhering to established systems.
• Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identify potential vendors, solicit competitive bids, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Purchase Order Processing: Create and process purchase orders, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and coordinate with internal departments.
• Price and Cost Analysis: Conduct price and cost analysis to uncover cost-saving opportunities.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and maintain accurate records.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency and participate in process enhancement initiatives.
• Insights and Reporting: Generate reports by extracting and analyzing data.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
