We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our dynamic team at our automotive dealership and distribution center in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial in ensuring that all vehicles meet our high standards of quality before they reach our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess quality and performance standards.
  • Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in vehicles.
  • Collaborate with service and repair teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and standards.
  • Participate in audits and assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming parts and materials.
  • Assist in developing customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.

Preferred Candidate:
  • Proven experience in quality control within the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
