Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer who will assure quality requirements for the organization. You will identify and drive continuous improvement projects through data analysis, inspections, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize quality performance improvement based on data analysis.
• Use continuous improvement methodologies to investigate non-conformances and determine root causes, identify corrective actions, and drive actions to closure.
• Create and analyze large datasets from multiple platforms and identify trends.
• Support the Quality Manager with target setting.
• Perform in-process or product inspections and execute measures to validate requirements.
• Maintain and update quality records required by the quality procedures.
• Share skills and knowledge about quality methodology and tools with the organization.
• Support the Quality Manager with internal and external audits.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective actions of Quality Improvement teams.

Are You the One?
We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4 to 5 Years of Experience in the Elevators & Escalators industry in a similar role.
• Quality Certificate ISO 9001 is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

About the Role:
As a Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping quality processes and implementing best practices within our new facility. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a pioneering project from its inception and leave a lasting impact on our quality culture.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements.
• Execute quality planning activities defined in the Product Development Process (PDP).
• Maintain quality documentation including control plans and process flow charts.
• Monitor customer portals related to BENTELER performance.
• Support continuous improvement in serial production.
• Implement quality best practices and initiatives.
• Conduct stability analyses to drive improvements.
• Manage non-conforming materials and products.
• Handle customer complaints and lead failure analysis.
• Participate in audits and develop action plans for non-conformities.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Proficiency in Automotive Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with 8D methodology.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and relevant requirements.
• Experience in quality audits and field failure analysis.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to establish and implement a comprehensive food quality assurance and safety system that adheres to international standards while fostering an effective quality culture in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement a comprehensive quality manual that includes:
  • Raw material receipt and inspection.
  • Production tracking (numbering, tracking, sorting).
  • Transportation mechanism from the factory to branches (temperature, time).
  • Storage conditions within branches (appropriate temperatures).
  • Inventory control (Batch control – FIFO).
  • Management of near-end or expired products.
  • Hygiene and safety instructions in the factory and branches.
• Propose and implement an international quality system, starting with IFS Food as a first step and expanding as needed.
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, storage, transportation, and display.
• Train and follow up with factory and branch employees on the system implementation.
• Conduct periodic internal audits and monitor non-conformities.
