Position Overview
The Quality Control role is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet established quality standards. The position supports continuous improvement by maintaining quality systems, conducting inspections and testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raw Material and Process Control
    • Inspect and verify raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
  • Finished Product Quality Testing
    • Conduct quality inspections and testing on finished products.
    • Ensure products meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Quality System Maintenance
    • Maintain and implement quality control systems and procedures.
    • Prepare and analyze quality records, reports, and documentation.
  • Problem Collaboration and Improvement
    • Identify quality issues and work closely with production and technical teams to resolve them.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Education: A Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; technical qualifications may be acceptable for manufacturing positions with relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Major: Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with QC Seven Tools (*, histograms, cause-and-effect diagrams), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and AQL sampling standards.
  • Ability to using inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and similar tools.
  • Basic data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends through quality reports and drive improvements.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with production and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify quality anomalies and ensure timely closure.
