As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our raw materials, production processes, and finished products comply with established quality standards.

Position Overview:
The Quality Control role is responsible for maintaining quality systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Raw Material and Process Control: Inspect and verify raw materials and monitor production processes for adherence to quality standards.
Finished Product Quality Testing: Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
Quality System Maintenance: Implement and maintain quality control systems and prepare quality records and reports.
Problem Collaboration and Improvement: Identify quality issues and collaborate closely with technical teams for resolution and process improvements.

Requirements:

Education: A Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Technical qualifications may be acceptable with relevant experience.
Familiarity with QC Seven Tools, SPC, and AQL sampling standards.
Ability to use inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
